The satisfaction of our business customers is our highest priority. Although we exclusively supply to companies, we offer a reliable and transparent solution for returns, complaints, or incorrect orders.
Handling of damaged or defective goods
If items are delivered damaged or show material or manufacturing defects, we will assess the issue as a complaint under our warranty policy.
If the complaint is justified, we will of course cover the costs of return shipping and, if necessary, product replacement.
Return or complaint procedure
Returns are only accepted by ERIKS under the following conditions:
- ERIKS has provided prior written approval for the return;
- The return is shipped carriage paid, with a handling fee of 20% of the sales value, with a minimum charge of €75;
- The returned goods have a minimum sales value of €150;
- The items are stock or standard products;
- The delivery took place no more than 6 weeks ago;
- The items are unused and undamaged;
